I was referred to J. Bradley Pace by a friend who had received successful service from the Law Firm. My friend knew that I had consulted with some immigration lawyers, most of whom were negative or told me that my case was complicated. My wife and I made an appointment over the phone, during the phone call we were pleased with initial conversation and decided to travel and meet with Attorney Bradley. He listened to us, diligently went through our documents, allowed us to us questions, responded to our questions openly without giving us false hope. He fully explained the process to us after agreeing to take our case, remained professional and provided guidance entire time. We received updates in timely manner, available over the phone, created time for us and we never felt being rushed during appointments. He worked with us when it came to service fee. His advise to us was invaluable, all datelines were met, always direct and frank in conversation. He gave us hope that we had lost, did not over-promise anything. Did not give up on us, one time he told us, "so long us you are willing to fight I will fight with you", we felt the teamwork and partnership in our case. He never gave up on us, did not stop until we succeeded. Having Brad as our immigration attorney was the best decision we made, professional, knowledgeable and experienced.
